Position: Field Service Representative
As a Field Service Representative, you’ll apply your technical, electrical, and mechanical skills to assist customers with our machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, education, and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
Perform installation, start-up services, and operation instruction on all equipment represented by the company.
Provide prompt follow-up reports on work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns.
Recommend improvements to enhance operation and reliability of our products.
Build positive relationships with customers and their employees, assisting in resolving equipment issues through troubleshooting and recommendations.
Train customers and other Field Service Representatives on equipment use, operation, adjustments, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain demo equipment and assist in customer presentations and demonstrations.
Learn and apply the latest installation and maintenance procedures, assisting vendors and other installers as needed.

Valid driver’s license.
Flexible schedule and ability to travel regularly.
Two years of electronic technical school or equivalent experience, or willingness to learn.
Associates Degree preferred.
Completion of Field Service training or prior experience in N/C or P/C service/maintenance or related operations.

Qualifications & Skills Relevant experience in maintenance or operation of woodworking machinery, N/C or P/C service/maintenance, with 2-5 years preferred. Mechanical and electronic experience is also valued.
Education & Certifications Associates degree or higher, technical training preferred. Licenses and certifications related to machinery or technical fields are advantageous.
