Role Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain Central Offices, Data Centers, Points of Presence, and HQ infrastructure to ensure strong network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice issues, minimizing downtime. Perform router and equipment upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions for customers. Configure and deploy customer networking equipment for optimal performance. Act as an escalation point for critical network issues, providing expert support. Required Skills and Experience
3+ years managing enterprise and carrier-level IP/WAN networks. Strong skills in Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routers and switches. Expertise in IP routing and switching (VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS). Experience with firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Fortigate). Familiarity with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Napalm) is a plus. Knowledge of L2VPN/L3VPN technologies (LDP/MPLS/EVPN/VXLAN). CCNA required; CCNP or CCIE preferred. Benefits
