Coordinator, Audits & Diagnostics Location: Washington, D.C. At EAB, our mission is to make education smarter and our communities stronger. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the EAB Research team. This role is responsible for the execution of time-sensitive client service requests, including running automated reports, completing templatized audits and diagnostic reports, as well as administering surveys and emails. This role is based in Washington, D.C.; we have embraced a hybrid work model wherein, at this time, the Coordinator will be expected to come into the office at least once per week. Primary Responsibilities:

Execute quick turnaround client service requests with precision and efficiency Manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously, adhering to internal and external deadlines Produce a high volume of high-quality deliverables that are error-free and consistent with EAB’s style and point of view Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 3 months of work or internship experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple priorities Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication Keen eye for detail to ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables Ideal Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously Demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks and activities efficiently and according to importance Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not mandatory Strong proofreading skills to review deliverables for errors Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission, values, and aspiration The anticipated starting salary (base) for this role is $40,000 per year.
