Overview
Contract Paralegal (SaaS/Procurement) for a prominent client. Pay: $75-$85 hourly. Role involves legal work, reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, and meeting with senior stakeholders regularly.
Responsibilities
Review and negotiate technology contracts, focusing on SaaS agreements and identifying critical components.
Negotiate terms in Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Confidentiality Agreements.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and align legal terms with risk tolerance.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience; JD or Master of Laws or Master of Legal Studies required.
Experience with technology contracts, specifically Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements.
Onsite availability: 3 days per week in Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ.
Details Pay: $75-$85 hourly.
