Cleverside team is looking for a highly motivated and responsible User Acquisition Manager (mobile apps+games) .
Expected daily tasks:
Designing, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase ROAS; Managing campaigns on social networks (Meta, Google, TikTok) and other platforms; Building and maintaining strong relationships with account managers and partners; Collaborating with internal teams: marketing, motion design and HTML5 specialists; Analyzing campaign performance and ensuring KPIs are met, focusing on quality and quantity of the user base; Exploring and testing new tools, channels, and strategies to drive growth. Proven experience in User Acquisition (2+ years preferred) ; Proven experience with mobile apps will be a plus; Strong track record of working with social platforms and achieving measurable results; Expertise in crafting and executing data-driven UA strategies; Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting); Experience in conducting tests and working with hypotheses; Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digging into user behavior and trends; Advanced written and spoken English. Nice to have: Experience in gamedev/web2web/web2app will be a plus; Understanding of advertising monetization in gaming; Passion for mobile games and enthusiasm for exploring innovative growth solutions.
