**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Supply Chain Manager** to join the **Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC)** located in **Everett, WA.** As a Supply Chain Manager will join a dynamic, fast paced team and will have lots of opportunity to engage cross-functionally, problem solve and make a difference.
**Position Responsibilities:** Integrate and collaborate across the Supply Chain function Model a sense of purpose, urgency and desire to be the best at what we do.Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of supply chain processes and/or suppliers**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing3+ years of formal or informal people leadership responsibilities
5+ years in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-function or cross-business unit teams**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
