Hospice Director
for our Boyertown, PA office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients. As a Hospice Director, your day may include: Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional care. Being a dynamic Clinician (BSN or Therapist) or business development professional who understands how to maintain the highest levels of client care and customer service. Building relationships with employees, referral sources, and community resources while growing this Hospice Office. Managing office operations, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management. Monitoring the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction, while ensuring staff education, training, and evaluation. Ideal candidates will have: At least 2 years of proven Hospice management experience (preferred) A BSN Degree OR MHA Degree Management experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care Agency A record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation Why choose BAYADA?
