ICU Registered Nurse – Full-Time (Night or Day/Night Rotation)

Join the dedicated ICU team at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, a 24-bed unit providing exceptional care for both medical and surgical ICU patients, including those with complex coronary conditions. This full-time role offers night shift or day/night rotation with an every 3rd weekend schedule.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse in the ICU, you will:
Deliver high-quality, proficient nursing care to patients and families with needs ranging from uncomplicated to highly complex.
Identify and manage complex patient problems.
Critically analyze trends and changes in patient status.
Plan and implement appropriate interventions—directly or indirectly through collaboration with other nurses.
Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing (required)
Prior clinical nursing experience preferred
Active MD RN License
or
Active Compact State RN License (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (required)
This position has a hiring range of $35.00 -$56.91
