Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our Neuroscience Center and Musculoskeletal Clinic in downtown Indianapolis and Carmel, IN. Provider will be working in rehabilitative medicine with a focus on adult Neuro Rehab. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams. Position Highlights
Full time, Day Shift
Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm No weekends or call
Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, ALS, traumatic brain injury, post-concussive, spinal cord injury, and post-stroke. Join a dedicated team of 3 physicians and 1 APP No procedures Qualifications
Master\'s degree required Must be BC or BE Accepting ACNP, AGNP, CNS, FNP or PA certifications Experience in PM&R or Neuro is a plus Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, and good communicators.
