$72,000 - $83,000 per year (based on experience) Essential Job Functions
• RN supervises nursing care according to regulations and guidelines in long-term care. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. • Implement resident care plans. • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents. • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, and visitors. • Keep the Director of Nursing informed of resident condition changes. • Chart reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. • Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and core values in all responsibilities.
