Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a skilled and compassionate
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
for a
13-week full-time home health contract
in
Seattle, WA . In collaboration with a respected national home health agency, this role provides the opportunity to deliver individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing you to make a meaningful and lasting difference in their lives.
Position Details
Company: Sunbelt Staffing
Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
Location: Seattle, WA and surrounding areas
Contract Duration: 13-week contract with possibility of extension
Hours: Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week, no hours guaranteed
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically one weekend per month)
Productivity: 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits per week
Mileage: 0.38c per visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly pay (negotiable based on territory budget and experience); weekly pay

401k plan (available after 90 days)
Mileage reimbursement
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Washington
Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
Proficiency in Homecare Homebase software
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Successful completion of the Joint Commission onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in their homes
Utilize Homecare Homebase for electronic documentation and patient management
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive health measures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as required
