Salary range ($165K-$170K) based on experience and SIGN ON BONUS!

Rural Health Group, located in scenic northeastern North Carolina, seeks a General Dentist to serve as the Dental Director. This person should be committed to providing excellent quality oral health care in our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics. The Dental Director coordinates business operations of the Dental Program with the Dental Program Coordinator, CMO, and CEO. The role involves optimizing revenue generation through consistent application of program policies and procedures. This position is located in Roanoke Rapids. At least one year of experience or residency is strongly preferred.
Each dental site has state-of-the-art dental equipment including digital imaging. We use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. The practice involves a mix of adult and pediatric patients. The typical schedule for dentists is four 10-hour days per week.

15 Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine offices, OB/GYN office, Pediatrics office, and School-Based Health Center Program (Outpatient only FM/IM; OB/GYN & PEDS have hospital privileges and call)

3 in-house pharmacies, 340b pharmacy program

We seek individuals committed to rural practice with a desire to establish roots in the community. The dentist would most likely live in the Roanoke Rapids area or possibly Rocky Mount area.
