Dental Director

Dental Director Salary range ($165K-$170K) based on experience and SIGN ON BONUS! Relocation allowance, continuing education allowance, loan repayment, annual production bonus! Rural Health Group, located in scenic northeastern North Carolina, seeks a General Dentist to serve as the Dental Director. This person should be committed to providing excellent quality oral health care in our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics. The Dental Director coordinates business operations of the Dental Program with the Dental Program Coordinator, CMO, and CEO. The role involves optimizing revenue generation through consistent application of program policies and procedures. This position is located in Roanoke Rapids. At least one year of experience or residency is strongly preferred. Each dental site has state-of-the-art dental equipment including digital imaging. We use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. The practice involves a mix of adult and pediatric patients. The typical schedule for dentists is four 10-hour days per week.
