**Newburgh, NY****In this role, you will:*** Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.* Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients perioperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.* Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.**We require:*** **Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.*** **Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.*** **At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required).*** Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.**New graduates are encouraged to apply!****What We Offer:**
