Be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, lead the building. Be active in the department, assist and lead the Wellness team and other departments to ensure quick, reliable, and person-centered care. Be a Force on the Floor: Demonstrate leadership by being available to help with call lights, requests for assistance, and prioritizing the needs of residents. Be a Diligent Documenter: Ensure resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents are completed accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify Arrow’s core values in every interaction to ensure residents feel safe and cared for. What we are looking for
You must have a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law. Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Experience with memory-impaired residents is preferred but not required. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents. This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; ability to move frequently and lift up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, and assist after a fall. Criminal background clearance. Employment Benefits
