As a
Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , you'll provide care to clients' employees and their dependents where we have
partnered with
Cummins Engine
in our Health Center located in
Columbus, IN .
Schedule 4 - 10 Hour Shifts Mon 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Wed, Thu & Fri 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday Weekend Rotation approx every 4 - 6 weeks 8:00 am - 12:00 pm What You’ll Do Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed Maintain patient health records with accurate and up-to-date documentation Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable) Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable) State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (list of states included) Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required) Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (or provide transcripts if degree does not specify Nursing) Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in relevant settings Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
