Must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts!!
LPN Pay Rate: $55.00 an hour
RN Pay Rate: $60.00 an hour
Responsibilities of RN/LPN:
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
Follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the RN/LPN.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
Qualifications of RN/LPN:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts!
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
