Physical Therapy Assistant (Home Health PTA) , you will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement exercises, monitor patient progress, and encourage seniors to reach their functional goals. Your supportive guidance fosters confidence and motivation. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with exercise programs, mobility training, and therapeutic activities. Observe and report patient responses to the Physical Therapist. Document treatments, changes, and improvements in patient function. Educate families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques. Qualifications:
Valid PTA license or certification in California. Experience working with geriatric patients or in home health settings preferred. Strong interpersonal, motivational, and observation skills. What We Offer:
