Project Manager
Full Time • Exempt • Based in Jacksonville, FL
$100k to $120k
We’re hiring a PM who knows how to take a job from start to finish and keep everyone rowing in the same direction. You’ll lead commercial and multifamily projects from precon through closeout—owning the budget, driving the schedule, and building strong relationships along the way. If you’re a clear communicator who thrives on accountability and organization, you’ll be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall execution.
Handle buyout, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing.
Lead project meetings with clients, architects, and subs.
Collaborate with Superintendents to keep fieldwork aligned.
Maintain client relationships and uphold company standards.
Monitor job cost reports and flag issues early.
Oversee closeout and ensure smooth project turnover.
What You Bring
3–7+ years of PM experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects or large scopes simultaneously.
A proactive, team-first approach with a focus on solutions.
