As they continue their growth, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support their team on a wide array of mixed-use construction projects. Their core mission is to positively impact Cincinnati through the development of vibrant spaces where people live, work, and play. *Job Description* Assisting the Superintendent and project managers in overseeing the construction process from groundbreaking to completion. Managing daily site operations, including safety inspections, work progress, and maintaining a clean, organized job site. Supporting the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery. Monitoring job site safety by enforcing OSHA standards and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure construction quality standards are met, resolving on-site issues efficiently. Helping to maintain comprehensive records of job site activities, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders. Participating in project close-out activities such as punch list completion, final inspections, and site demobilization. *Ideal Candidate* 3+ years of experience in construction, with a preference for mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial projects. Familiarity with ground-up construction, supporting all aspects of the build process. Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively with both internal teams and subcontractors. OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) with a commitment to upholding a safe working environment. Experience assisting on projects valued at $5M or more is a plus. *What We Offer* Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses.
