Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Engineer will run the unit safely, reliably, and efficiently. We have multiple, urgent needs. Responsible for unit operating performance to include production, raw material usage, energy usage, quality, daily performance tracking, troubleshooting, and basic unit optimization. Add direct value to the business by driving real-time unit performance in these areas. Demonstrates leadership in driving corporate zero-incident safety culture through safe work practices and operator engagement. Design, put into practice, lead, and champion the use of best-in-class and lean / six sigma based work processes. Relocation provided. $100K-$130K. Requirements
The Manufacturing Engineer will have a BS in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing plant (mandatory). Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP, Minitab Commitment to plant safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene practices Familiarity with Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID’s Pluses include a Six Sigma Certification and knowledge of Title V and ISO 9001. Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
