Job Description - 2026 Mechanical Engineer I (Electronic Systems) - Goose Creek, SC (333319) In this role, you will be responsible for the design, evaluation, installation, operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical products, systems, and processes to support new and existing simulation training devices. Responsibilities
Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain electro-mechanical products, systems, and processes to support new and existing simulation training devices. Design new component parts, assemblies, and production drawings using 3D CAD software. Alter and/or modify existing designs to achieve specified functional and operational performance. Review and evaluate existing mechanical design drawings and specifications. Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design modifications or new system applications. Qualifications
Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Solid modeling, Mechanical Drawings, Common fabrication and assembly processes, Structural design fundamentals, Fastening and joining and Engineering lab safety Experience working with CAD software This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance How We Care
