Sales Experience Specialist Job Summary As an Automotive Sales Experience Specialist, you will interact and consult with customers throughout their vehicle purchasing experience. Our Specialists will ensure customers receive exceptional service from the start of the interaction and throughout their ownership experience. Responsibilities include: Interact with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process Provide exceptional service from initial contact to ownership Benefits Employer sponsored Healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision) Paid Time Off ~ Earn up to 19 days per year Company Paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Training Referral Program Vehicle Purchasing Discounts Community / Family Oriented Work Environment Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test Self Motivated & Resilient Social Media Skills Proficient with computers and/or iPad technology Customer Service Experience is a plus Prior Selling Experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to Pass Background and Drug Screen Physical Demands
