The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interacts professionally through clinical communication. Maintains state of the art training and education for job role.
