privately owned , small-animal general practice conveniently located off Route 301 (near the 295 interchange). Our spacious hospital features: 5 exam rooms Large treatment area & roomy surgery suite Multiple kennel areas for comfort & organization Up-to-date equipment, including dental radiographs, digital radiography, Butterfly ultrasound, therapeutic & surgical lasers, surgical electrocautery, and a full in-house lab (Idexx Procyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, inVue DX Cellular Analyzer for ear cytology's, blood smears, and FNAs. Why you’ll love working here : We believe in the power of the veterinary technician — our team includes licensed and student technicians as well as highly experienced assistants, many with specialty medicine backgrounds (dentistry, surgery, internal medicine). We’re currently a three-doctor practice and excited to grow! Sister clinics BetterPet Urgent Care and Veterinary Specialists of Hanover mean extra support and collaboration.
The right candidate will : Educate clients on preventative care with enthusiasm Perform routine surgeries & dentals with confidence Believe (non-sarcastically!) that “teamwork makes the dream work” Adapt well — we’re transitioning from paper records to EzyVet Have 1–2 years of experience (preferred) — but new grads are welcome!
What we offer : Competitive salary (from $120,000/year) + commission ( no negative accrual, no non-compete ) 4-day work week, no weekends or on-call A supportive, fun-loving, drama-free workplace Benefits:
