This position offers the opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Subacute settings.

This position has a hiring range of $168,942 - $249,000.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified/Eligible in Geriatrics or IM/FP with experience in caring for older adults
Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication and team-based collaboration skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to older adults.
