Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures as needed Requirements
Active RN license in New York Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience BLS certification (AHA) required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
