Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Manager with a strong focus on internet sales, digital marketing, and lead generation to drive customer engagement and increase online sales. This role is essential in managing the dealership’s online presence, handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience. Responsibilities
Lead and Internet Sales Management
Oversee all online leads from the dealership’s website, social media, third-party lead providers, and digital advertising campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize internet conversion rates by responding to leads quickly and efficiently.
Track and analyze lead performance, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance engagement and sales.
Customer Engagement & Follow-Up
Implement and oversee a structured lead nurturing process, ensuring consistent follow-ups via phone, email, text, and social media.
Train and manage the BDC team or sales staff to optimize response times and provide top-tier customer service.
Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records of customer interactions and preferences.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted digital campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
Monitor and optimize the dealership’s online reputation, managing Google reviews, social media engagement, and customer feedback.
Utilize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ensure listings on third-party platforms are accurate and updated.
Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring
Develop and refine BDC scripts, email templates, and follow-up strategies to enhance communication effectiveness.
Set performance KPIs (response time, lead conversion, appointment show rates, etc.) and regularly report on progress.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth handoff from online inquiries to in-store purchases.
Qualifications
Experience in a dealership BDC, internet sales, or digital marketing role (motorcycle or automotive industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.), and online lead management.
Exceptional phone, email, and chat communication skills with a focus on customer experience and conversion.
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Passion for motorcycles and the riding community is a plus!
