With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes: Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) Retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program As a Senior Analyst, Ethics & Compliance, your responsibilities will include: Ensure our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies, in particular with FAR/DFARS, Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Monitor regulatory changes, assessing their impact, and implementing necessary compliance policies and procedures. Conduct internal compliance audits, prepare detailed reports for management, and collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed. Maintain and organize accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings, and regulatory changes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance with FAR/DFARS and government terminology and requirements. Serve as the contact for compliance-related inquiries, offering advice and resolution on regulatory issues. Identify and address compliance risks, research disputes, and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and processes. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in government compliance. Recommend improvements to compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create Policies and Procedures governing compliance needs as required and ensure their implementation. How to thrive in this role?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field. Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, EAR and ITAR regulations and their application in government contracts. Experience in the Aerospace or Defense sector is an advantage Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to synthesize information for executive level briefings and recommendations Ability to interpret complex regulations and contract terms. Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities. You may be required to travel domestically and internationally.
