Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management (financial, operational, and administrative) of the specific branch office to which they are assigned. The Operations Manager supervises and coordinates activities of associates including security, safety and maintaining the contracted scope of work in accounts under their book of business. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch office, including client relations, new job startups/transitions of new accounts, and employee relations. Ensure client relations are maintained within ASI standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues. Direct operations of the branch, coaching, developing, and guiding staff to perform efficiently and effectively. Provide direct supervision of staff, ensure company policies and procedures are in place and followed, administer coaching and disciplinary actions, and support branch staff in execution of their duties. Implement and ensure ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs (investigations, employee benefit programs, office procedures, vehicle patrol policies, employee relations, Guard training programs, and related programs). Lead profitability and manage financial impacts to the branch and company, including daily and weekly overtime and training expenses. Monitor reports and take timely corrective action to ensure policy compliance and staff performance. Oversee wage and salary administration for personnel, per corporate policies. Attend and participate in regional and corporate management meetings; observe operations and suggest efficiency improvements and growth plans. Assist the General Manager in short-term and long-term planning for operational growth and expansion. Direct and administer core security operations of the branch, providing guidance on client relations (payroll and billing resolution, recruiting and hiring, service issues, etc.). Responsible for Fire/Life Safety issues at all customer and patrol locations; direct the implementation of such programs with corporate support where applicable. Monitor operating expenses (e.g., labor, uniforms, training) and direct costs; report to the General Manager and take corrective action as needed. Collaborate with the General Manager on reviewing/updating operating budgets and participate in meetings dealing with patrol, field management, post programs, staffing, and profit and loss. Other duties as assigned by General Manager, Vice President, or corporate staff. Vehicle Maintenance and Tracking. Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Experience managing front-line service employees Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees High school diploma or GED highly preferred Business Conduct

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
