Traffic Control Foreman

Motive Infrastructure Solutions - Corona Purpose: Plan, implement and manage all temporary traffic control needs to ensure safe work zones are set up for pedestrians, traveling public, and workers. Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining work zone safety from the start of the project to project completion. Train/lead all team members in the implementation of temporary traffic control work zones, to ensure team members understand MUTCD standards. Document all near misses, injuries, and accidents. Communicate daily with traffic control managers about current job site status/needs. Perform and document site inspections. Work is performed outdoors at construction sites (various locations). Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Standing for long periods of time, up to 12 hours. Ability to safely climb in and out of a truck as needed for setups. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
