JR9924Supervisor, Quality ControlWe are looking for a Supervisor, Quality Control to joining our team in Brecksville!You will be overseeing inspection teams, inspection processes and testing of materials, parts and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality and endurance. IYOUR CHALLENGE:* Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality, customer, and industry standards.* Devise, improve, and review current and new specifications and procedures for products or processes. Ensure staff training on these specifications and procedures.* Develop and analyze data to determine causes of defects or other problems with products and processes.

Including but limited to testing processes; PMI, NDE, Pressure Testing.* Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality and customer issues.* Lead and manage the Corrective Action program.

Active member of the problem solving working group.* Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.

Monitor work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.WHAT YOU BRING:* Associate’s Degree; Technical/Trade School preferred* 4+ years of related experience in a similar role* Automotive Quality IATF 16949 training* ASME Code understanding* Ability to write clear, informative reports that highlight the main findings* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with quality standards, processes, and codes*No unsolicited agency submittals please.
