As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek energetic, people-focused individuals to help us redefine the car-buying experience. The primary responsibility of the Finance & Insurance Manager is to oversee the financial transaction process during vehicle purchases. This includes working with lenders to obtain approvals, preparing financial paperwork, and consulting staff on DMV laws. Assist customers and the sales team in the financial aspects of the car buying process. Build rapport with customers to generate referrals and establish a customer network. Consult on and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers. Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for title work and funding in a timely manner. Achieve monthly objectives and meet deadlines for paperwork submission to lenders and accounting. Manage customer funds securely during transactions and ensure proper accounting. Comply with all local and national regulations, advising the sales team on recent law changes. Partner with service advisors to assist customers with extended warranties. Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold an impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors. Present finance and insurance options clearly, including warranty packages. Support sales professionals in explaining lending options and warranties to customers. Develop relationships with bank and manufacturer representatives, meeting with them monthly. Utilize advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems. Stay organized in a fast-paced environment and think strategically to find solutions for customers. Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and knowledgeable about tag and title laws and DMV regulations. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
