Job Summary Blutek, part of Ingersoll Rand group, is the world leader in instrument air compressor technology , air treatment techncology and nitrogen generation technology and provides highly customized and engineered compressor packages and solutions for the most demanding applications in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industries. We are looking for a Project Manager that will coordinate internal resources and technical activities for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and meeting project’s objectives by considering customer requirements. Responsibilities Responsible for executing assigned projects on time and on budget and in accordance with order requirements, assuring planned milestones and invoicing Coordination of the assigned project team Focal point for communication with the customer Prepare and manage the project schedule and all the periodic reports required by customers Plan and manage KOM and PIM with the customer Plan and manage project meetings Documntation submission and comments in coordination with Blutek documents controller Preparing the documentations required for the invoice of the milestone achieved. Participate in the final inspections of the package with Quality and Technical Office. Coordinate the packing by interacting with packer and Logistics for permits / delivery, etc. Manage the post-delivery activities and assure the closure of the punch lists (completion of supply, NC, various to be managed with the customer). Manage claims with the customer until the completion of the commissioning.
