Business Development Manager

Restoration 1 of Redmond is a locally owned Disaster Cleanup Company dedicated to helping customers restore their homes during challenging times. We are looking to expand our customer base through recruiting new referral sources and trade partners, maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage networking and repeat business. Job Summary The Business Development Manager will develop and nurture professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying target clients, reaching decision-makers, and converting leads into accounts and sales. Responsibilities include marketing services and estimating and selling water, mold, and fire damage restoration to both new and existing customers. The role involves visiting and establishing relationships with targeted trade partners and referral sources such as plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters. We build these relationships by offering professional, certified trade partnerships, returning work to our partners, and ensuring mutual customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
