Patient Service Representative

to join our clinical team. Our focus is on providing high-quality patient care and satisfaction in a warm, welcoming environment, emphasizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and interested in starting a career in dentistry. The representative will support staff and patients by answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plans and financial arrangements. Greet and acknowledge patients with a smile upon arrival and dismissal Respond to patient questions and concerns per DCA policies Answer phones and schedule appointments Maintain and confirm appointments Follow up on no-shows and cancellations Register patients and post charges/payments to accounts Check voicemail daily Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area Qualifications
Experience in a dental office required Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus Excellent customer service skills Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
