. What You’ll Do Lead all day-to-day production operations at our new U.S. site Develop and execute production strategies that align with the company’s operational and growth goals and global priorities. Build and structure the manufacturing organization to support scalability and future business needs. Ensure optimal staffing, shift planning and team capability to meet production demands. Build and develop a high-performing production team Adapt global strategies to meet U.S. regulatory standards Oversee OSHA compliance and foster a safety-first culture Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and quality Ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers Collaborate with global teams to ensure operational alignment Travel as needed to our Netherlands headquarters and other international/domestic locations for training, alignment, and strategic planning Job requirements
What You Bring You’re not just experienced —
you’re a builder, a leader, and a doer. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or equivalent experience 5+ years in production management or a similar leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically for global coordination and alignment Technically fluent in ERP and MES systems, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Experience setting up or scaling manufacturing operations is a strong plus Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or other improvement methodologies is highly valued Global perspective — previous experience in international business environments is a bonus Why Join Voortman USA?
