The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that may affect the plant's ability to achieve its objectives and those of the company. This includes continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring asset health, eliminating losses, managing risks, and overseeing assets throughout their lifecycle.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Utilize the Guide TI system and other applications efficiently
Integrate the three-year maintenance plan into asset reliability strategies
Identify knowledge gaps and future skills needs
Use external references to adopt best practices and influence maintenance strategies
Develop and maintain asset risk criticality rankings to minimize risks
Monitor key performance indicators such as utilization, OEE, remaining life, and reliability
Assess asset performance and implement strategies to meet performance goals
Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance and reliability
Address repetitive failures using root cause analysis, reliability-based maintenance, and FMEA
Review and resolve production losses and high maintenance costs per asset
Participate in the design and installation of new assets and modifications
Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, services, and facilities
Design and refine maintenance strategies based on asset performance data
Provide technical support for equipment inspections and supplier evaluations
Analyze MTTR and MTBF to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct lifecycle cost analyses on various assets
Review work history and technical files for improvement opportunities
Assist maintenance personnel during work execution
Develop action plans targeting problematic assets
Hold monthly reliability team meetings for breakage analysis
Manage reliability projects
Knowledge and Experience
Mechanical Engineering degree or similar preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience as a reliability or plant engineer
Experience with IT Guide or other CMMS systems
