We are seeking a
Jr. Electrical Construction Estimator
with Pro-Est software experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of electrical construction projects and the ability to generate accurate estimates, helping us win bids for major projects. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects using
Pro-Est
software with minimal oversight. Assist in the review and interpretations of project plans, specifications, and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, Sr. Estimators, and clients to ensure accurate bidding. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop competitive bids. Help identify and mitigate project risks through accurate cost projections. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, labor costs, and material pricing. Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical construction estimating. Ability to read and interpret electrical project drawings. Proficiency in preparing materials takeoff based on project drawings. Working knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and relevant codes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
