Your Role We’re looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead a team of engineers building Hudl’s core products for the Competitive market in the U.S., serving high schools and clubs. You’ll guide a full-stack team that delivers coach and athlete performance analysis, fan engagement, and video livestreaming solutions — helping athletes, coaches, and fans stay connected and empowered.
As an
Engineering Manager
at Hudl, you’ll:
Drive technical strategy.
Ensure your team’s vision aligns with Hudl’s overall goal of empowering athletes and coaches. Help define engineering efforts and stay ahead in the market.
Be efficient:
Focus on outcomes over outputs, helping your team deliver high-impact work on time through data-driven decisions and quick iterations based on feedback.
Collaborate:
Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver product enhancements, ensuring products exceed expectations.
Empower your team:
Coach 4-8 Software Engineers to find optimal solutions, develop their skills, and foster a culture of growth.
Champion Agile practices:
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies.

Compensation The salary range is $107,000 - $179,000 USD, with starting salaries near the middle. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education, with potential for long-term incentives and bonuses.
