Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including employees and customers Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur Maintain an organized work area Job Requirements
