Job Purpose Assembly Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes in the assembly of 4WD tractors. This role focuses on hands‑on problem solving to drive continuous improvement and optimizing assembly operations to ensure manufacturing safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Root cause problem solves quality related process issues and implements solutions

Collaborates with production team to troubleshoot assembly issues and provides technical guidance

Designs and implements assembly processes

Implements tooling and fixture improvements to optimize assembly processes

Identifies cost savings opportunities in the assembly process

Creates work instructions and training materials

Participates in safety incident investigations and provides technical guidance for countermeasures

Works with vendors to implement process and facility improvements

Optimizes work cell layout and leads projects to improve 5S

Leads PFMEA activities to identify and eliminate potential failure modes in the assembly process

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering

1-4+ years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing lean manufacturing principles preferred

Proficient in CREO and Teamcenter Vis Basic or similar CAD software

Proficient in Microsoft Office Package Suite

Great communication and root cause problem‑solving skills
