We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of a national portfolio of land and site development projects for a large technology client. This role requires deep technical knowledge in site readiness, utilities, infrastructure, permitting, and environmental compliance. The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, cost, and risk standards. This position involves remote site management, vendor coordination, and compliance oversight, with a focus on demolition projects. The role supports the company’s mission by delivering high-quality, timely services while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. Specific Responsibilities

Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for demolition projects across multiple sites. Coordinate bids, oversee project execution, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Manage permits, environmental assessments, and stakeholder communication. Contract and supervise subcontractors and vendors, monitor performance. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and maintain documentation. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure proper waste disposal, environmental stewardship, and regulatory adherence. Support project financials, including budgeting, change orders, and reporting. Promote safety and continuous improvement on all sites. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies. Develop project and program-level reports for stakeholders. Support due diligence, site assessments, and early-phase planning. Develop demolition schedules, cost models, risk plans, and value engineering strategies. Maintain program controls, reporting, and governance across the portfolio. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across dispersed sites. Manage contractor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation. Foster a collaborative culture aligned with client goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Business Objectives

Collaborate with leadership, clients, and stakeholders to support strategy and business growth. Lead project teams to meet and exceed KPIs. Address personnel and client issues promptly to protect reputation. Share best practices in demolition, cost management, and site operations. Contribute to improving project management tools and performance metrics. Required Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction or real estate project management; certifications like LEED AP, PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN, MBA, or PE registration are a plus. Proven leadership in multi-site programs. Deep knowledge of civil engineering, utilities, permitting, and environmental laws. Ability to manage logistics in diverse locations. Strong command of construction contracts, cost controls, scheduling, and reporting tools. Willingness to travel across the U.S. as needed. Experience with construction materials and methods. Excellent project management, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits
