HVAC Lead
to join our team in
Washington, DC . As an
HVAC Lead , you will operate, repair, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage control systems and associated subsystems. You will also coordinate with the designated liaison on all current and future modifications to the BMS. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance . The responsibilities include ensuring all major activities are logged, supporting shift coverage, briefing incoming shifts on major issues, and ensuring proper documentation and sign-in/out procedures. Additionally, the candidate will perform HVAC Journeyman duties, including installation, service, repair of environmental-control systems, and troubleshooting control system concerns to ensure occupancy comfort. Tasks involve working with refrigeration, pipefitting, ductwork, electrical systems, and performing preventative maintenance. Minimum requirements: Must be a US Citizen. High School diploma or equivalent. HVAC Journeyman certification or equivalent licenses/certifications. Knowledge of refrigeration systems. Ability to lift 45 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. BAS training (preferred). Compensation : $49.67/hour, in accordance with CBA.
