We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with over 8 years of expertise in Quality Assurance and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in designing and implementing test plans, automation using TOSCA, performance and load testing, and working in Agile environments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality across various platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities:

Drive quality initiatives and implement automated test frameworks and solutions using TOSCA within Agile teams. Design and automate testing for UI, SAP, Packaged Solutions, Desktop, and API applications. Develop and execute test plans and scripts; validate test results and document evidence. Coordinate and conduct performance and load testing across applications. Support functional and UAT testing by developing test data and test procedures. Provide coaching and implement TOSCA best practices across test automation efforts. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team collaboration. Manage communication with multiple stakeholders, providing QA dashboards and updates. Utilize tools like JIRA, ALM, and qTest for defect tracking and test management. Leverage TOSCA capabilities including TBOX modules, TDS, TDM, TCP, DEX, recovery scenarios, and API testing. Ensure testing aligns with healthcare payer domain requirements and terminology. Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, test automation, and framework development. 5+ years of hands-on experience with TOSCA automation for UI, SAP, Packaged, Desktop, and API applications. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with TOSCA features such as TBOX, TCD, TDS, TDM, TCP, and DEX. Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN) with strong knowledge of the software testing lifecycle. Proficiency with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, qTest). Hands-on experience in performance and load testing. Experience in healthcare payer domain testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize, exercise discretion and judgement in handling QA requests. Preferred Qualifications:

Tosca certifications such as AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, TAC. Experience creating and managing QA dashboards and reporting tools. Certifications:
