In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.# **About the job:*** Develop and provide manufacturing equipment for 5-Phase projects together with machine suppliers under consideration of safety regulations, ergonomics, cycle time, line layout, number of operators, cost, etc.* Research, develop and introduce new process and automation technologies and equipment and collaborate with the global APD&A team* Provide manufacturing equipment (new or retrofit) for process optimization activities under consideration of safety regulations, ergonomics, cycle time, line layout, number of operators, cost, etc.* Debugging and validating new equipment in the plant/at supplier from manufacturing side* Provide the necessary manufacturing documentation for the equipment (process flow chart, line layout, PFMEA, line specification, cycle time analysis/line balancing, equipment documentation, etc.)* Lead process and equipment standardization and optimization activities and train the plant team members on processes* Other duties as assigned.# **About you:*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or comparable* 5 + years of working experience* Experience of equipment/machine mechanical design* Team player with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail* Proactive self-developer, passionate about technology, eager to make a change* Flexible and willing to work with cross-functional teams* Great communication skills* English language[](blob:https://littelfuse.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/ca3f067c-8a6e-44b2-95ec-dc30f469cc90)0:00 / 4:25 #J-18808-Ljbffr
