We’re seeking a
Site Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure seamless execution on our luxury treehouse builds. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for managing crews, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver with a strong work ethic, ensuring all subcontractors and trades complete their work efficiently while maintaining our high standards. Why Join Us?

Weekly incentives tied to team performance and results Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on‑site operations, ensuring crews and subcontractors stay on schedule. Enforce quality control and safety regulations to maintain high construction standards. Address and resolve immediate job site challenges to keep projects moving smoothly. Coordinate with the Production Manager to align daily and weekly goals. Monitor job site progress, track milestones, and report on project status. Ensure tools, materials, and resources are available for uninterrupted work. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and efficiency on‑site. Preferred Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership and site management experience. Hands‑on knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to troubleshoot on‑site issues and keep projects on schedule. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience working with subcontractors and trades. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency. Position Type:

Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397. Disclaimer: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position that requires a minimum of 50–60+ hours per week. It is not a part‑time, contract, or remote freelance role. Candidates must be comfortable with a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment that often includes extended work hours, especially during peak seasons and event periods. We are looking for committed team members who thrive in a purpose‑driven, hospitality‑centered culture. Standard Application:
