Senior Quality Systems Engineer

to join our team located in

Saint Charles, MO . This position will be responsible for New Development for our Precision Engagement Quality team. Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred. Duties will include: First Article Inspection (FAI) review and planning Proposal development, BOE creation, and review of quality requirements Work Movement quality support and flow down Planning reviews and planning approvals Advanced Product Quality Planning preferred Successful candidates will have Early Quality involvement experience, including Quality Requirement reviews, supplier clause flow down, and work movement experience. Position Responsibilities

Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. Provides interpretation of complex requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities. Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Develops and implements corrective actions. Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry More than 3 years of experience in Quality / AS9100 / Aerospace Quality Processes (e.g. AS9102 FAI, AS9146 APQP, AS9146 FOD, ACSI/FCT/FC/DC processes) More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support environment More than 3 years of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions More than 3 years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience with Enterprise Standard Gated Process (EGSP) First Article Inspection (FAI) experience (i.e. AS9102) 1+ year of experience with cost proposal preparation on government contracts Other Details
