Job Responsibilities:
Lead structural design for commercial buildings, wastewater treatment facilities, and civil/industrial infrastructure projects Oversee project management from design through construction, including budgeting, site visits, and document preparation Manage the design of low-rise buildings, concrete tanks, and other structures Perform quality assurance and control procedures on projects Provide support during the bidding and construction phases, including site visits and contractor coordination Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multiple teams using Bluebeam and Microsoft Teams Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in structural engineering Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and Revit; familiarity with STAAD, Tekla, and other design tools is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) license required Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) starting on day one Wellness program with fitness reimbursements Paid volunteer hours and generous paid time off 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing Career development and mentorship opportunities Note:
