Automotive Service Technician

will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles. Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs. Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintain an organized work area. Job Requirements
