How you’ll help us to connect the world:
The Access Technology RF Design Engineering group is responsible for the design and development of Hybrid-Fiber-Coax (HFC) and RF products to support CATV and Data services.
The group includes hardware engineers and technicians developing RF and optical signal distribution products.
Responsibilities:
Follow schematics, redlines, and assembly drawings to assist in troubleshooting circuits.
Perform soldering and reworking of Printed Circuit Boards and components.
Use test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Optical analyzers, power meters, bench power supplies, multimeters, etc.
Test and report results accurately.
Work effectively in a team environment and under the guidance of a lead engineer.
Adhere to department and business processes.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma from a Technical High School; an Associate’s degree or trade school certificate is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork skills and attitude.

#LI-ONSITE Our salary ranges consider various factors including benchmarking, skill sets, experience, education, geography, and business needs. The expected total compensation (base salary plus commission) ranges from $70,600 to $86,500 depending on experience and performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
